Note:  The Minnesota DNR (MNDNR) has changed the Weed Treatment Application form for 2021.  You will see additional items that ask you to select the type of "Plant or Nuisance" you want treated.  Please select all of the options.  This provides flexibility for the BLIA and our Weed Treatment vendor to apply the optimum treatment throughout the season.  The rest of the form is the same information you have provided in the past, but the format may look a little different.  

Online Payment (Preferred) ​

Using our Online Payment system follows the same 3 step process as the Mail or In-Person Payment option.  The benefit of using our Online Payment system is that all forms, signature for DNR application, and payment is handled without needing to print, scan, mail, or physically submit.  Additionally, the Online Payment system is more efficient for the BLIA to accurately process all of this information.
You can pay your dues, fees, and donations online with confidence.  The Plymouth BLIA has partnered with Authorize.Net , a payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit card payments safely and securely for our BLIA members.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic credit card processing networks. See an online payments diagram to see how it works.

Mail or In-Person Payment

Step 1: Please fill out the BLIA Dues Fees Donations form

Step 2: If you have elected to get weed treatment this year, please fill out the DNR Weed Treatment form

Step 3: Provide forms and payment to our Treasurer (Jeff Price) in person or via mail

2021 Forms
